Garbage Record Book Part I
Garbage Record Book Part I (new version in force from 01.03.2018). This form of the Garbage Record Book shall be used:
- on every ship of 400 gross tonnage and above;
- on every ship which are certified to carry 15 or more persons engaged in voyages to ports or offshore terminals under the jurisdiction of another Party to the Convention;
- on every fixed or floating platforms.
- Part A - Record of Garbage Discharges;
- Part B - Exceptional Discharge or Loss of Garbage.
Garbage Record Book Part II
GMDSS Radio Log Book
GMDSS Radio Log Book shall be used on following ships engaged in international voyages:
- Cargo ships of 300 GT and above
- All passenger ships
- Summary of distress, urgency and safety radio communications
- Important incidents relating to radio services
- The position of the ship at least once a day
- A summary of the condition of the radio equipment and tests performed thereof.
